I purchased a stiarcase deal 4 days ago now and have been told by support I was not charged for this. I have now contacted support twice and I am no longer receiving responses. I was told there was an issue processing payments and I was not charged. Well, I was charged through my bank and the payment went through.. Despite that I still havent received the staircase deal! Im no longer getting responses and would really appreciate help with this... Its quite frustrating and ive never had this happen before. I sent in all the evidence that I was charged!!

Did you finally get the cash you bought? I bought 2 different deals today, Got the cash and the money right away. I decided to buy another with another credit card, but did not receive anything. I sent a ticket but no clue when I will be or if I will be answered. I checked my credit card and it has been charged so.
This worries me a lot. It might not be that much but being robbed is being robbed no matter the amount. I really hope you have received what you bought. As for me, if I don't get it and they tell me I wasn't charge, that's it. I am quitting and cancelling my VIP.
I understand mistakes or bugs happen, but I would expect them to fix them. Not only they did not pay my third purchase but the other two, they gave me three times the amount and then removed two. (each purchase) so there is certainly something wayyyyyyyyyy wrong with their ap. :/
