I am getting an error message when I try to open my gemz chest. It says it will produce a duplicate. It wont let me open. Is anyone else having this problem?

I having the same problem also getting a message saying "this chest will award duplicates".

Has there been any direction or resolution to this?

This started happening the first day of the YoWorld Anniversary Event and is still happening for me after completing day 1 and 2 hang outs (regardless of what browser is being used).

The message that is being rendered is:

https://monosnap.com/file/2UqoPmn7P86hU9vm9m4juY2GYOsxHN
(which states "Allow Dupliicate Items This chest will award duplicates. Participate in more Hang Out events to unlock additional items." and the two options are 1. "No. I'll do Hang Outs", and 2. "Yes, I'll take duplicates")

If I have done all hang outs so far, why is this occurring?

Please advise, is this being worked on? or what this means for us if it is not.

I only see this when I've collected all the items for the token level available. We can't get more until we reach the specific number of tokens. You have the option of getting something you already received.
I have 6 tokens and will wait until I have 7 to get started there but sometimes I do accept duplicates

There is NO problem!!!!!

If you have collected all for a level you may only get duplicates or do something like voting to get to the next level.

Because you HAVE done all the hang outs! You now have to wait or accept duplicates.
