I purchased the Country Gil bundle but did not receive the Yocoins in my account. I contacted support early this morning, hoping that when I got home, the Yocoins would be credited to my account. However, I am disappointed to find that, at this moment, I still haven't received them, along with the items that came with the bundle. I sent another message but have not heard back yet.
Recently this game has raised a lot of issues, not to mention the constant need to refresh the game. As a long-time player, I want to remain loyal, but these problems need serious fixing.I would appreciate assistance from a Viking with my Yocash purchase. I would like to obtain some limited items before they expire. I'm unsure how long it will take for support to address my issue.
