I can't seem to get into the game, all it does and keeps on doing is downloading. I have refreshed 3 times already and still can't get into the game. I have cleaned my cache and computer, I have tried different browsers and still can't get into the game. I was in the game earlier and didn't have any problems but now I can't get in at all. Please help me with this so that I can get into the game. Thank you for reading and helping.

Have u tried Brave browser? It looks like it's the best one nowadays..

Mine has been the same way for about 3-4 months now. I've gotten to the point that I just gave up, but I'm still paying for VIP each month. I can't get to support, help, etc. I reported it on here a couple of months ago with no response. Please help! I've been on here since 9-9-09, & would hate to give it up, but what can I do?

For the past few days, but especially thursday the 10th, took forever to do anything including get into the game. I gave up, and trying again today, hoping I can submit my gem challenge in time. Not sure what is going on with Yo.

Right now I have to start the process, disconnect and connect from the internet a few times, switch to my hotspot, then MAYBE it will let me in. It's not as bad as it was yesterday but it's been such a sudden change for me. Hopefully something comes soon.
