I am level 484. I am spending millions of coins and not receiving the experience points to help me advance to the next level. I have been down to needing 29 or 30 thousand more to advance to level 485 then it returns me to still needing 49 or 50 thousand to advance. This is extremely frustrating. Please help or at least refund me my coins probably around 1.5 to 2 million or I would be happy if you fixed the missing XPs.

I had that happen about 8 years ago, I deleted my cache/cookies.

Logged back in and the missing XP's were there.

Try that, hope it works for you too

I deleted my cache/cookies as well. Still no XPs or coins returned.

Check your coin log, before the purchases, then after.

If not corrected, I'd submit a ticket to BVG, explaining this issue.

I know first hand the time and effort involved to level up.

Did you hit the weekly limit for XP's for decorating, or are you just mass purchasing for the XP's ??
