I was able to get on the game but I can't leave the room I'm in and if I click events not a single event knows up. Might I add the struggle it took to even get the game to load. I sat there and refreshed like 14 times and waited forever just to get the game to load. No clue what's going on but i hope that it gets fixed sooner rather than later.. Don't understand how it glitches all the time, it's really unfortunate because this game has a lot of potential

I tried to complete the Gem event and when you click the button to clothe your avatar it goes right back to submit entry page. I am unable to get any further. Is someone working on this? :dizzy:

My game is not loading either. It tries to load, but it is sooooo slowwww! I do hope that they fix this issue soon. I noticed that a couple of other people posted about the issue as well, but this post had the most replies. Could it be weather related or could is this game becoming more bugged as time progresses? There are so many things that they need to work on that do not seem to be getting attention even though several people have posted about an issue.

Glad to hear its just not me...after refreshing numerous times, then in the middle of the outfit challenge, the game froze, my entry didnt go through, and I have been trying to get back into the game ever since....What is going on with Yo today??...Such a mess. :grr

I've been having same problems since about 4 p.lm. I cleared cache, restarted, rebooted, everything I could think of.

add me to the list of those unable to do anything ...

it takes so long to load ... like at 1% crawl alongs .... when it loads you cant click on anything, collect anything or leave the house .... if you click on the gem event its blank and does nothing .... what the heck have they been fiddling with to completely "shut down" access to the game ??? please fix it as we are all locked out!

This should be resolved for everyone now.... please clear your browser cache and or refresh the Desktop App to update the game files. :hug:
