Same here. Couldn't do the challenge and didn't get the free Arcade game yesterday. We are having a great weekend, NOT. Do we all submit help tickets or just wait for this to get resolved?

Yesterday had the same problem with the freebie and today, I'm also having the same problem as everyone else with the Gem Challenge. No avatars showing up and the the description says Costume_Description_3 for the outfit challenge. :grr

Same issue here. The things that sucks, is that viking won't do anything to comp us for lost gems! The ONLY thing they did for us when the game was down over two weeks, was give us 3X coins for a few days. :grr

I am having the same issue.When I open the Outfit challenge that started 8/13/23 it says 'Costume 3'. There is no picture for the current challenge as well as the challenge description & what theme to use are missing. The game won't even let me enter the current challenge.

Can't enter. Was looking forward to doing this one. Just won't load. Same problems as everyone. Hope it's fixed and we have all day tomorrow to do it.
