I spent HOURS decoing my rooms for my casino and hotel. However when I logged in about 3 hrs ago all my furniture and items are underneath my flooring and walls. No one else says they see this just my screen. Can you please help?? I already dumped cookies and refreshed ect. Please help! I cant deco like this

There is a problem with the new tiles and walls. There are times when all the furniture are under the tiles, and the pictures or windows under the walls. :?:

i am having trouble with animal rescue jobs with jobs lost bats, racoon awry with loading and finishing issues and lost bats, racoon awry and alley cat resuce with loading issues and starting and finishing issues been that way for a while now pls fix when you can :eh:

When I try to edit my houses and change stuff... a srange group of yellow footprints appear!! Is kind of frustrated since I love the game so very much, also Y reach level 200 and I want to know if thats it in the game...Thank you very much! :bye:

Hi i am posting again about a week or 2 ago i posted that i had removed my Monaco Interactive Chopper to put into my inventory. I did that i went to put in auction house and it does not show in inventory at all...i am very frustrated someone told me to put a ticket in it will be dealt with...i did that....still nothing.....please get my Monaco Interactive Chopper back so i can sell.....its worth (Monaco Interactive Chopper Entrance is worth 2.0 mil-2.5 mil......i need it to sell for YoCash or coins i'm going broke here......what happened with the gifting i was starting to get a bit of coins than "poof gone".......i really do appreciate you guys (BVG) but i need my item back....... :sad:

Oh yes when i try to go to my balcony in my apt.it just freezes...i'm done griping :bye:

Yeah I'm having a problem with my jobs the Crime Buster and Animal Rescue because either the switch on me or there are not enough animals or criminal to finish it. I'm getting annoyed because those are the only two i have left. Please look into this.

Well, with this new update on the gifting, it looked promising, because I was getting notifications from fb about gifts friends were sending....when the gift tab finally rolled around to me, I tried sending gifts. everything in game seemed great, said my friends have received my gifts. Well, whatever...I got back in and checked on sending again...I actually gained friends that I had to send to...now it was 485 so I sent out again and checked ... wow...out of 485 only 24 sent, my number to send to was 469 so I sent out again...big one again...it sent out 1 my number to send to was 468...I sent out again, it sent 4...the number I had left to send to now was 464 so I decided to send out one by one...got it down to 440 .....that was on the 19th....after working on sending all the rest of the day and into the wee hours of the morning entailing 29 batch sends...not to include all the individual single sends...I managed to get it down to 188 before I fell asleep with my mouse in hand.. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. didn't even get to open any gifts. I started asking a few friends that I encountered if they had problems...they were happy and said no, theirs sent out without a problem. Then I asked them if they checked their send box after they were through. (They had sent their gifts 3-4 hours prior) They checked their send list and were shocked to find they still had over half of their friends names there. So I'm thinking those people who are so happy about gifting being back haven't checked back to their send list to verify all of their friends got gifts sent to them. I haven't run across one person who I've asked to check their send list that didn't find half or more of their friends weren't sent to. The last three days, I have spent the first couple of days doing nothing but sending gifts...and still never completed my list. Yesterday, I decided I was going to take time to decorate a little...and the 3rd day I took a 45 minute break to play a few spins on a slot in another app. And today I'm trying to get caught up in other games... but other than that, all of my time has been spent trying to send out gifts. The most efficient being to send out 2 at a time. Some names will not send no matter how many times I try to send. I didn't put in a ticket because I'm hoping you've already received notification about this problem...besides it was a weekend and not much gets done then. Hoping things get worked out. Would be nice if sending went smoothly.

ok you say you fixed the gift inbox.. but mine dont work.. I cleared cache,,, ect,,,, and cannot click on the help button either to submit a ticket,,, can I please get a fix???? http://prntscr.com/7ki2ki SS is so you can see the help tab and the account tabs are dead and nothing happens with the inbox thanks for your help

the game dosent load i update all i have and get new windows & doing everything
but dosent load need some interest for this why this happened the update is nothing if the game dosent work i playing yoworld for 7 yrs and this issue soooo bad for me
