I have a problem, 10 days ago I bought directly from yoworld ice in the frozen lake in the shape of a basket 350000 coins but I do not 'never been delivered. thank you

I had only one choice, to make myself heard, and that was to post a reply on this page.
HELP! I can not access the bar that has "help", "free gifts", "add yocash", "inbox", "stocks" and "settings". The only thing I can click on, and it will open, is "community", which is where I am now. I am no longer receiving boxes (gifts) in my inbox and I can not even ask for help. I tried rebooting which did not help. It has worked up until recently and I have not changed anything. Can this be fixed? Thank you.

There are a few things you can try...

First, Clear your Cache/History and reboot.

Second, Check if your antivirus has "adblockers"..and disable those

Third, Change your browser.

If none of this works, check back here and pm one of the Vikings for the BVG email so you can send in a ticket.

You should send a ticket to the support team so they can check your account directly. Use the HELP tab above your game..

i am having the same issues. i also do not have any gifts,i cannot send gifts out and none of my buttons at the top work settings and help is greyed out so i cannot ask for help

loading issue: havn't been able to load the game all day, only getting a white screen. I have cleared the cache,ect. wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

I have having several issues in the game and here are some:

1-some jobs are stuck since months. I go to it and follow the arrows and don't find any animal or person or thief or anything to click on it. It's stuck on a specific number like one of the jobs is stuck on 58% and can never master it and I tried to remove the app and install the game again and didn't work.

2- I can't earn coins by games like paper scissors and tic tac. I didn't play games since few days and I am getting a message that I am already maxed while in reality I am not

3-One of the items I am using, skulltimate ride, is causing lag. I am getting kicked from events because of that and the game is becoming really slow and not only me. I hope you fix this issue because it's hard to play like that. And not only the skulltimate ride but many other items they seem to be heavy in the game and causing lag to some players who has old computers or slow connections maybe

Glad to see other has the same . I am lagging having white screen. loading and loading into the game .. I had done everything to my laptop so it the game..

For some reason, I can't even get into YoWorld anymore! I was in two days ago, now the screen is just white. I have tried on google chrome, edge, and explorer, I cleared my cache, and I even tried on another laptop. It's only this game that isn't working, please help D:

For 2 days and counting, I am unable to load the game. I have cleared cache, ect. and still not loading. Wondering if others are having this problem? Got lucky and at least some of the tabs loaded, so I could get here to report the issue.

I purchased the globe package you offered and went to get them to decorate my room and they are not there
