Over 300,000 of my coins have disappeared, anyone else missing their coins as well? I tried to go through the help line to get in touch with someone. All it wanted was my email address so they can send me tickets?

No..you need to send them your email so that they can contact you to resolve your issue. Use the HELP tab at the top of game to SEND THEM a "ticket"...a request for help.

Still having trouble with my friends list! go to add friends to the game and only a short list of people shows up. I can not search for anyone either. I cant add friends to my game :'(

Yesterday I cleaned out my entire Haunted Collection from my Halloween Haunted Castle soon as I was done I went into my inventory to move the items to a different house.. Everything is missing! I emailed yoworld and I still have not had a response. Today I again moved Items from my Romantic house ( the romantic collection) into my apartment and soon as I saved the room everything vanished! I am so upset and unhappy and I am also a VIP member! I want my items back!! I want to be acknowledged! I am so angry!
