MY BRASS FRAMES STILL DON'T WORK I CAN'T CHANGE THE PICTURES EVEN AFTER THE RECENT FIX OF TODAY THE FRAME STILL SHOWS YOVILLE. I AM WONDERING WHAT IS WRONG SHOULD CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP. WHEN I CLICK NEW IMAGE NOTHING HAPPENS AT ALL AND ALL MY BRASS FRAMES EXCEPT THE ONES AT ONE OF MY HOUSES IS LIKE THIS, SHOULD I BUY ALL NEW FRAMES OR WHAT SHOULD I DO I LIKE HAVING PICTURES IN MY HOUSES AND THIS IS VERY ANNOYING SO PLEASE HELP OR FIX IT. i'm still having problems with my daily visit's to my neighbours. it was ok until the start of the week but now i can only visit my old neighbours that no longer play and have to keep refreshing when i get to a neighbour who is currently playing. so i am missing out on 400 coins a day and the gifts. please can you fix it :eh:

I have previously reported 2 avenues which transferred with NO items: 'Winter Skate Park' and 'Christmas Boys' Toys'. Now I find 2 MORE...'Fairy Farm' and 'Thru the Looking Glass' are devoid of all items, also. I have 185 homes and avenues. I have not checked them all, but am becoming alarmed that now 4, FOUR, have no items whatsoever. Please, Big Viking, I love the changes you have made and I'm a YoWorld citizen forever, but could you please contact me as to how to recover my missing items? I will be everso greatful! :heartbroken:

I was wondering why when you go to decorate your rooms now, if you try to set something out, it wants to either set it in the middle of the room or put it back into your storage. It will not let you place the item where you want it to be. I have been having this problem off and on for about a week now. It makes it hard to decorate your rooms and things. Thanks!

An ongoing problem for me is not being able to get into my apartment kitchen.......just stuck on loading.......am not sure if this problem applies to any other houses as not checked them all, but the apartment problem is an old one! Just really would like it sorted! Appreciate all the help you guys are doing so far, it has made me play the game again! :thumbsup:

ive been waiting 24 hrs now as cannot get into yoworld sent a complaint in by email had a reply to say they look into nothing i play yowrold about 10 times a day am lost now totally lost :wailing:

I have now reported this 4 times, but get no satisfaction of a reply. 4 avenues, of 172 homes and avenues, are NUDE! ALL the items on these four avenues are gone, vanished. Please, Big Viking, I am a 100% Paypal Supporter, have been a VIP in former years, have a Yopass, do what you ask...can you please help me get my items back on 1) ''Christmas Boys' Toys", "Winter Skate Park", "Fairy Farm" and "Thru the Lookinglass". Hello june, Please, Report her in the game for "suicide." Then go to her message box and talk to her that you reported her nasty behavior and warn everyone in her message box about her. Do not trail to them. Just post on her message box. That should fix it. If it doesnt fix it. Take a screen shot of her and Mail it to BVG.
We cannot report people in the forums. This is not where to go to report. You report all this to BVG in game on the "help." Id put it in bugs and reporting and write about it in the suggestion box.

Go to help in the game and report this to Bugs and reporting. An automatic reply is sent from Big Viking Games. If you do not get it go into your spam folder. Add Big Viking Games to your contact list.

hi CzecHawk, First look for these items in your inventory. If they are not there please report to bvg of your missing items. Go to the help button in game and fill out a order ticket. An auto response is sent. You will hear from them in 24 hours. If you do not hear from them in 24 hours Go to your spam folder and add them to your contact list. Do not forget to mention your christmas boys toys, winter skate park , fairy farm and thru the looking glass to them as they need the names of the items in your help ticket order.

It seems that one of the problems with loading the game is the link from a hot dog request post on the Facebook feed. This link is not working:

Just tried adding a friend to my Yoworld list and she is not showing up. How long does it take? She is a YoWorld player who I just accepted a friend request from. She is on my FB profile but when I tried to add her as a neighbor she didn't show on my list. How do I get through to her to send her a neighbor request on YoWorld? :wailing:

it seems like i have to refresh after each and every gift sent. annoying. whats the thoughts on selling/trading our houses? we allowed to do that at some future time? thanks for all the work big viking is doing. peace.

Flaming mouth or fire breathing mouth, whatever.
Bought it, While purchasing, tried on, clicked show outfit, it worked.
Ingame tried to wear it as I saw it with the outfit and it wont let me wear this face and the mouth
at the same time. Please fix.

I have been away from the game for a bit and just recently returned. I was auditing what I have available and I seem to be missing my flying saucer homes (I believe there were two), and some of the early homes (trackhouse). Any way that can be fixed? If not, I suppose I can live with it.
