Hi All!

Fey days ago I came back after several years of not playing Yoville and I am positively shocked how this game looks now :thumbsup:

I see the stores have really nice items and offer is really HUGE. What makes me confused is the issue with the walls and floors.

As you can see:

I used some new tiles but the result is horrible. :sad:

I'm not sure how is possible not to see some parts of the items that I placed in this room?! :?:

Can anyone help me?

I have been trying to check out some of my older homes and have found that I can't enter either a room or the entrance to the house. I know this was a problem in the beginning but thought it had been fixed. I appreciate your help in getting me into my houses again.

Before I post a complaint/concern, id like to take a moment to thank the team for some of the great changes I've noticed around the game. Much appreciated! Just want to report disappearing mystery boxes. Referring to the "Mystery Boxes" purchased from furnishing store for $1000 coins. I'm not at a loss as I was boosted quite nicely with the "one time coin boost" received yesterday (Jan 28th), just thought a less wealthy player might be "cheesed" about that happening to them. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT WORK SO FAR! Much Love. - Mz Milli. :bye:

I have leveled 3 rooms in different house lately and I am not recieving my discount. My sister says she is getting her's still so I am not sure why I have not. I now have no more rooms to level up!

]I have been having issues with the characters and some animated items having a red haze around them. It will not show my disco aquarium at all. I created a ticket but have heard NOTHING. It's so annoying to buy these items and it not work correctly. Anyone else having these issues?

Hi I keep experiencing no coins from decorating rooms ,it is intermittent and does :'(

not happen all the time.But I am angry as I play all the time.I have not got any coins for work,again not all the time..What will you do about this,as I don't like losing money.I depend on the coins to buy Items Etc. My second question,are their Shingles for roof of the Ranch House?? Thanks Lynn

Hello.

My page keeps resetting every 5 mins stating there is a problem. My internet connection is great! I also was in the middle of a sell once I lost coins. I also was decorating my "house" and it reset. I was changing clothes and it resets. I clear my cache every hour, so it's not my end. Everyone was complaining while in "houses" during sells...

How can this be resolved? :shocked:

Also... I can't collect my coins from the gold coin on the bottom of the screen... it says "claim" but when I go to claim it... nothing happens. And I'm also not being rewarded for decorations...

Well since my mom can't post herself because it says she's not past level 10, even though she was.... her game is saying this when she loads and has been for 5 days now.

This is what I get when I go to HELP Tab

LAST Monday lost 5 of my 2010 houses plus contents
THEN this Monday lost my bull dog.

Began playing again recently and these were the houses you were able to return to me.
Since I have spend money to play..I'm 70 and don't usually spend money

I was not able to get the pool house or the western house or any of my clothes - many many items like food etc either when I came aboard again but I under the circumstances I was glad to get these. NOW lost

Hi There... when I log on to Yo, even after I've completed the neighbor visits and collected my coins and gifts, each time I log on, I have to click on one, two, or three more visits. I go and click on the gift icon again and I don't get a reward, but it shows on my page that I haven't completed it. That's it.

I love the new stuff that you're doing. Thank you for your hard work and all of your great communication. You really have made our little world WONDERFUL again!!
