I think you have some serious glitching going on all of a sudden. Can't buy anything — if I try to buy something off of today's specials, the screen freezes. In addition, several of the boxes at the top have been grayed out, including the Help box. Which is why I am telling you about it here. This is the worst problem I've ever had with YoWorld, and I've been on almost from the beginning.

Anyone else having this problem?

The game is not entirely loading. This is because your cache is too FULL for the NEW updates to load. The new updates are the new purchases. This is why it freezes. will not load. It is like trying to drink a glass of water and you stuffed yourself so bad with the turkey dinner, the potatoes, the 3 pies you ate with an entire tub of whip cream. You feel like throwing up. Your stomach hurts even and you are praying not to burb food particles. Now here sits this 2 ounce class of water you have to swallow with a pill you forgot to take before dinner. This is not happening. Nothing else fits in that stomach that is only a fist big but is stretched to 3 footballs inside you to your gizzards. What can you do?
well you clear the cache is what you do, so you can load more in.
Dump some old stuff. LOL
so you must clear your cache for this to work.
For me firefox does not load normally any more. It was easy with firefox at one time as it cleared cache automatically when i closed the browser as I put that in settings.
IN Chrome it also has auto clear cache with you close your browser.
If you do not know how to clear you cache. type in clear cache in google and your browser name. it is easy. Please clear cache and refresh.

Clearing the cache didn't fix it. Neither did rebooting my browser. Or rebooting my computer. In the meantime, I'm missing out on things I really wanted to get, and would rather not have to pay millions of coins for later on...

Is there any other, more direct, way to get to the Powers-That-Be about this problem?

This glitch has been going on for a couple of days now, and I suspect they must be losing a lot of DOLLAR
$ if there are very many of us unable to buy anything.

If you clear cache you might have to redo this a lot! bla what do I know?

GO to the Chrome browser.
Go to settings
Go to ADVANCED
GO TO SITE SETTINGS
GO TO FLASH TURN IT ON!



to clear cache
go to all that again scroll to bottom clear cache.

please do not only read the first line. and then quote only my first line. I went through a lot of effort to go to my chrome in another tab. go through that entire riggamarole and step by step tell you how to turn on your flash.
Now ... do please follow the directions other than the first line.

I am not attempting to pick a fight with you... I simply quoted the first part so you would know I was responding to you and not to one of the other people having the same problem I'm having. I read both of your previous messages thoroughly, and had already done everything you suggested in both of your messages prior to your posting anything the first time. I do appreciate the fact that you took the time — twice — to try to help.

Now, if you feel as if you've just got to argue with someone about this, I'd like to suggest you find someone else. I won't play. I'm simply looking for answers to a problem — you suggested some very good ones that I happen already to have explored. But I'm grateful to you for taking the time and expending the energy. May we just leave it at that?

oh no.. no argument here Not trying to argue. I noticed your comment only was about the cache and not the other things and thought possible you read first part. I know how you feel. every single time there is a problem we all say they same thing, "CLEAR CACHE CLEAR CACHE like a canned fix to hand out." We who have problems giet sick of the same response and hope for better.

Today I had to clear cache because in the game everything froze and I could not decorate so again i went to settings and cleared it. BADDA BING badda BOOOM im faster than speedy gonzalus now. clearing cache is easy in chrome and so is enabling flash..
I have no clue why a game would say to enable 'flash helper.' Not in any way can I imagine why we need to do this since enableing flash is in settings. I dont want to download things messing with my browser that is not 'direct from the browser' It seems to me to do this is from the game not a browser.

Go to your email and find the news letter and accept the ROSE in the mouth. It is a free rose in the mouth. ok? then right there in that email with that rose in the mouth go into the game using that link in your email.
DO NOT USE ANY OTHER LINK to get this rose but the link in your OWN email. ok?
ALL of you please go do this. You get a free rose in the mouth. its beautiful too. :)

when i went to my email It worked way differerent than a LINK in here given out WAY WAY different. so I decided to go to my "OWN link." Id hate to lose that pretty rose.
