Can someone tell me why I have no hair or clothes when I get into game..either on the desktop app OR a facebook browser. I have 4 browsers..all the latest version. Only Firefox sometimes opens the game with me in clothes, but after a few mins the game disconnects on Firefox. On all other browsers and the desktop app if I put on clothes and leave the room the clothes and hair disappear again. I was thinking that maybe I have accidentally updated on the desktop app somehow, but it still says I am on 1.1.5...if I have accidentally updated the app would it register in the drop down menu? I was contemplating uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but if I do, is there an option in the download that lets you pick the old version of 1.1.5 or does it automatically update to 1.1.2 which I do NOT want as I only have windows 7 which is affected by the new update apparently. As I am bald and have no clothes on both facebook browsers AND the desktop app I am inclined to think this is a glitch, so I do not want to uninstall and reinstall if its not necessary. Any advice is appreciated...I have done all the usual things, and yes my pc is not top of the range or brand new and yes I have windows 7, but people with the best computers, and gaming computers and windows 10 etc etc are still having issues, so I don't think this is solely due to my pc. I have cleared caches cookies, updated all browsers, cleaned pc, defragged...everything .....so what is causing this issue....Any Techies out there??? Thanks for any replies.
