Hi Yoworld---Please let us know what to do or please try to fix and help those who can't log off on the desktop app. Many have family members who play this game and cannot play because another family member cannot log out!!
I have an Apple Laptop and sent in this problem 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back from anyone!! PLEASE address this problem. Thank you!

SAME, and still can't claim items nor buy on desktop app or through Chrome on desktop, clear cache, temp files, registry cleaner, etc. Still stuck. I feel your pain Lola. :grr

This is getting quite annoying. Pointless to send a ticket if you are just going to say to try a different browser. It's a Desktop App, Browser would have nothing to do with it. Please fix this BVG, I've been here with Yo for a very long time and this frustration is truly making me want to quit all together.
