It's been several days since I sent in a Help Ticket (thru email...because I can't even acces "Help" feature on the site...won't load for that either. This in itself is frustrating because every time there is an issue, it takes a week or more for a response. Truly don't understand this! YoWorld obviously spends the money to pay folks to create new hairs, outfits, etc. etc. for us to spend more money, yet they can't hire enough folks to answer customer service requests (for a 1 week delay in responses)?!?
Yesterday, I was able to play thru Chrome...but today, even Chrome won't load...I tried everything (deleting history/cookies, logging out and in, restarting, rebooting, upgrading to the latest version of everything...nothing works!
