Have you tried accessing the game thru a different platform to see if the problem is the same?. So if you are using a browser like chrome, trying a different browser or the Desktop App. If the problem continues regardless of what you are using, then you will have to submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen so that a Viking can look into this for you.

I am having the same issue with the search bar in the auction house! Very frustrating!
