After being a VIP for many years, I contacted BVG on Nov. 10th when my subscription suddenly and unexpectedly cancelled. I have multiple (and valid) payment methods through FB. In addition to contacting BVG, I also contacted Facebook Payment Support to which they replied:
"Thanks for contacting Facebook. I'm sorry about the subscription confusion you had. I've gone ahead and look for your issue. Your subscription is canceled due to "App decision".
I decided to go ahead and re-subscribe (that payment processed via my bank on Nov. 12th). Now it appears to have cancelled AGAIN!!
I mean I JUST re-subscribed 2 weeks ago. What is going on and why is this happening?
At this point, why even bother to re-subscribe? Anyone have any solutions or answers?
EDIT to say that I have NOT heard from BVG regarding the first ticket submitted on Nov. 10th.
