It is becoming more and more difficult to play YoWorld or really enjoy it. There are so many bugs that need to be fixed. Some bugs have been addressed for years, but nothing is being done about them. It seems, there is more of an interest in putting out new items than fixing the game.

Current bugs:
1. Buddy list crashes
2. The App freezes
3. Even if you clear your cache and other information to help the game, it doesn't help.
4. After a time, you cannot follow other players who have been in a room for long periods of time (their door isn't locked nor are they on DND).
5. Glitching
6. Lagging even after clearing cache and other information.
7. Issues opening some icons such as the Auction House.

Questions: Is this the end of YoWorld as we once know it or the end of the game, in general? Do the Vikings actually read our bug reports? Bugs are more prevalent than ever in the game and HTML5 has been an issue since its inception.

I agree. It has been incredibly slow, crashing, etc a lot the last few days especially.

I've submitted a ticket a couple of months ago. I followed directions on how to improve the game and that didn't help. I'm on Google Chrome, and I even tried it on Fire Fox, and and still no improvement. Last time I played a decent game was 7 months ago, in May. I love this game and don't want to give up on it. It's just so frustrating that some of us are still not able to play and no one is telling us what is happening. :sad:

I've been trying to load Yo for the last hour but it won't let me. It starts up with the Yo logo then quickly disappears only to start again. It does this over and over, until I finally give up. It does this on both the Desktop icon and through FB. It's very frustrating.

I've been trying to get into the game on both the Desktop app and the Facebook page. I just noticed that my YoWorld in the Shortcuts has disappeared. I never use that app, but go straight to Settings then click Refresh to load the game. It's been so long, I can't remember how to get it back into my Shortcuts. Can I have some help on this please? Thank you.

There hasn't been this many issues since Zynga owned this game.... I haven't been able to send reports to support for months... The so-called video's only lead me to adult video's or adult websites... They really need to fix all these problems....

Hey guys, really sorry to read about all the issues y'all are experiencing accessing the game. However the best way to get support for those issues is really to submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen OR emailing directly: [email protected]), as the Player Support Team Vikings are unable to respond or provide support on these boards.

I understand that some have not had a response yet, from tickets sent, so I would ask that you please check your spam / junk folder. Because with each ticket sent, you should get an automatic acknowledgment of your email with your ticket number. If you haven't received this, it may be that there was an issue with your ticket actually reaching the team. During the holiday times, the Team are understandably very busy and they do endeavour to get to every ticket as quickly as possible.
