I can not go to the factory, or other rooms. It keeps losing it's connection to the network. I have written Big Viking via the help/report bugs. They have tried to help me, I have followed all instructions. Nothing is helping. This did not start happening until html 5. This is very aggravating, I cannot collect coins or anything. It also glitches the whole screen. Please fix this Or I may be forced to stop playing, I cannot collect coins.

first I cant send gifts unless I use Facebook. Now the game freezes and loses connection both on the app and on facebook. Fix this or I will not play anymore either and I have been planing since 2009, there are many other games like this on the internet.
