I played the Challenge Game and it did not give me my 120 Gems. How do I get these? Please help

Hey LiLack, if your entry was submitted correctly and you did not receive the gems, first try clearing your browser cache and re-logging into the game. If they still don't show up, then you will need to submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen and the Player Support Team will look into that for you.
