I need to update my payment method for VIP membership, but the system won't let me make the change. I even tried to cancel my existing membership and rejoining with the updated payment information. I was unable to do this either. Need help ASAP. It seems that there is constantly a problem with YoWorld.

Hey Sunshine, for issues like this you may need to contact Facebook (Meta) payments directly, as the Vikings have no control over payment methods on the platform. If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can guide you thru the process.

Any suggestions for game saying I am not a VIP (I was just charged yesterday and my VIP is good for another month) so it isn't allowing me to purchase the YC house. It is saying I need to update my payment as well but my payment method has been the same for years so there is no problems with it. In fact there was no issues when I bought a cash deal yesterday as well. I don't think this is a FB issue but a YoWorld one.
