I am one of the lucky players here. Because when I bought the Singapore Modern House, I got the promised Modular Reverse Balcony.
My wife in the game, IIILulyNAddyIII, did not get it. And paid the same 32 yocash. Why some people get it and some not? It is not fair. Please fix this.

Hey AddY, the exclusive modular room is only available thru the promotion pop up, so if your *wife* purchased hers from the realtors, then she wouldn't have received it.

Can you please get her to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team, if she purchased it from the pop up and did not receive it.
