Hello Big Viking. I bought a recycled dress mystery box for my yo-wife. Facebook Pay said I made the payment, but the item not appeared. I have to buy another one. Why I pay 2 times for one item? Please fix this. Thank you in advance.

Hey Addy Welcome to the forums :)

Sorry to read about this double payment / charge. For issues like this you have to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team (using the help tab above the game screen) so that the Vikings can look into this for you properly and resolve it. They are not able to provide any assistance in regards to this issue on the forums.

I hope you have already submitted a ticket, but if you haven't, please do so and attach your two screenshots as proof of purchase in your ticket.
