I did my action while 3 buddies were n the room, but did not receive the gems

I'm hoping that since you posted Elaine, you will have received the gems that were missing. If you did not, then you will need to submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) so that the Vikings can rectify this for you.

If you encounter such issues in the future, it's best to clear your browser cache, and refresh the game. If that doesn't fix the issue, then please submit a ticket, so that the issue can be looked at by the Player Support Team.

The Vikings are not able to provide direct support thru these forums, so you will always need to submit that ticket to get help and support promptly.
