Can anyone inform me of what I should do here... I've tried everything (even my fiancee who works in technical support has trouble shooted). We're at a loss here, and aren't sure what to do.

YES THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO, FIRST I WAS ABLE TO GET ON A FEW TIMES, THEN THAT POPPED UP .

I am also getting an Error message not that one but it says something unexpected happen while trying to login to account sorry for this and we are trying to fix the problems as soon as we can if it still happening to contact them and I also got a message on my facebook page about they are having a problem and is trying to fix it they will let us know when it is taken care of -- I am going to wait a day to see if they resolved the issue hopefully it will be real soon - I like playing this game and I am really upset now that I can not play

stay away from it dont get your info stolen its proably someone hacking if you have bank information on fb get it off asap

I was the same and although I thought it was a Yoworld problem, I spent a lot of time running antivirus programme and then restoring my computer to an earlier time. GRRR!

I got in and now I am on strike... going wild... so glad but yet.... a rebel.... damn didn't want to lose my game.... there is nothing else like it! So here YOWORLD take some side boob. I mean there is nothing else like our game. (I think, 11 years now, I am an addict!) It is not good... but so grateful... THANK YOU!
