I am unable to access it. I click on the little mirror which then brings up the event and then I can't go anywhere from there. It seems like it freezes up.

Hey guys, have you both tried clearing your cache? This should resolve the issue.
If it doesn't, please try accessing the game thru another browser or the desktop app.
And if all that fails, then you will need to submit a ticket via the help tab above the game screen
