I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIFT, SINCE WE WERE DOWN A FEW DAYS AGO. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM ??

Hey gypsy, this is a known issue, however the gifting difficulties, are cleared up after you refresh the game.
