I am having a problem with watching videos and collecting my coins. An ad for Ear Wax keeps coming up and not much happens. It is prohibited on this domain, so I have to wait for an x to come up so I can close it. I am not getting any coins or any other ads. Is anyone else have this problem? I do not have ad blockers activated, I have refreshed numerous times and closed out and gone back in...............grrrr

Hey Portia, Some Ads are dependant on geographical locations especially with regards to content and frequency. This is an issue outside the Vikings control.

I see you have refreshed a few times, but have you cleared your browser cache before you have refreshed the game? Try that if you haven't already, and see if that makes a difference. Alternatively you can try accessing the game via a different browser just to see if this makes a difference also.

If none of those suggestions make a difference, please submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen and the Player Support Team can have a look at this issue for you.
