I tried twice to redeem my gems, on the Cottagegore play, it took 100 gems and said {something went wrong } and no prize.. :wailing:

Please try clearing your browser cache to see if you received your prize. You can check this by clicking on your log and selecting the item tab.

If you are still missing a prize, then you will need to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team, by clicking the Help tab over the game screen.

Update: This issue has been reported to the Fix-It Vikings to review.
