I was wondering if you are getting reports about the desk top App and not being able to get into the game? For two days I have been trying and can not get in that way but I can through facebook. I also lose out on the coin/bux/free gift calendar after the two first two windows. That third window is not in the facebook version of YW. Are their plans to fix this? I missed out on a day and had to pay coins through the FB app because I could not go through the YW app. SO I am reporting an issue that it stays in loading mode and gets stuck anywhere between 88% to 99% and never fully loads to enter.

Hey Deejay, sorry to read you are having problems with the DTA. Have you checked that you are using the current version. We are on version 1.2.1 and you can check this by going to the settings menu and clicking options.

I have to go in through Facebook to enter the contests, if that even will load...which it isnt today for some reason ,so missed out on entering the gem contest. I go in through the App, to get the daily bonus or do everything in general, but I havent ever been able to enter the contests using it. Not sure if this helps, its very time consuming to do it this way, but i have no choice... :yawn: :eh: :drool:

Hey Annalien, can you explain what you mean by this PIB (part in bold) please, as the App will use your Facebook credentials to log you in the game and it will look like you are on Facebook's UI when you use it. I'm not sure if this is what you are seeing. :eh: :idea:

Aww now that sounds like a bug with the App and maybe it's installation, SharElle.
Have you tried deleting the App from your system, including the background files and re-installing it?.
This might correct what might have gone wrong in your current installation. If that doesn't work I would submit a ticket and get one of the Fix-It Vikings to have a look at your account and investigate what is going on. :hug:

I am having issues with Yō World desktop, I had updated the app today & now I can't log out, every time I try to log out it takes me back to Facebook. I tried adding another account, but it won't allow me to add or log out. Missed out on daily rewards already.

Hey Chardonny, these instructions from the Player Support Team might help:

Due to our Desktop Application having trouble clearing out data from previous accounts logged in, there is a specific order in which you have the highest success rate to log out of one account and log in another, which I have provided the steps for below.

1. Log out Desktop App
2. Log out of Facebook in your browser
3. Clear cache on this browser
4. Close the Desktop App and your browser using Windows Task Manager
5. Restart and refresh the Desktop App

*Please make sure that you follow these instructions, while keeping in mind that even then this issue might not be resolved, as this issue is at the core of how Facebook and our Desktop App communicate with each other.

Hi! desktop still not working it's not logging out and not switching to another account. I have cleared cache, cookies, browser and refreshed so many times & still nothing whenever I try to log out of Yō World desktop it keeps sending me to Facebook page. I have done everything you told me to do and it's still not working.

I can log in to the desktop app but all I see on the next page is just the Facebook logo. I tried to refresh but still nothing. I have been having this issue for weeks now. Gosh! :?: :grr

Did you follow the steps in my previous post in that exact order? If you did and it is still not working then please submit a ticket using the help button above the game screen to get the Player Support Team to look at what is going wrong with your account.

Welcome to the forums auBrEy :hug:
Have you checked that you have the updated version on your computer???... you might need to delete the current version you have and reinstall it after you have cleared your browser cache.

If after reinstalling it, it still does not work, please submit a ticket to the Team using the Help Tab above the game screen.

What happened to the app??

This morning I was trying to log in through the app and first, appears a total different screen asking just my email address ( Enter email to play), then I enter my email address just to see "Could not validate your email" Try again. How could you not validate my email???, what happened???

Im writing this message using the same address which could not be validated before but logged on the other option (not app). Help!!!!!!!!! :nerd: :shocked:

Hi again,

I clean cookies on my computer in order to trying to fix the app could not validate my email. Apparently works, appears a new screen saying that found my account and asking me to sign up, I used my email address and my password ( that was accepted and worked yesterday) but seems that now my password isn’t strong enough and app still doesn’t allow me to sign up, and I don't want to change my password now. :grr :grr

What else I have to do??? Help!! :shocked: :sick: :wailing: :wailing:

Please put back the desk top app to the way it was so we can play the game like always can not get to play they want me to change my password i think why why it is good this is not right Please go back to the other way it was :wailing: :wailing: why change the set up ?
