I have reported not getting my cancer hair numerous times. My laptop had me stuck in children's mode in my Edge browser. I need the hair that I have a receipt for that came in the mail. I can send it in a text message or to an administrator of YWW but this laptop does NOT take screenshots.

Hey Peppermint, sorry to read that you have not received the cancer hair as yet.

The difficulty you have is that the Vikings will need a screenshot of your receipt / email confirmation of your donation before they can process your ticket.

Have you tried to take a screenshot with the camera on your phone?. You could do it that way and then email that picture to the Player Support Team using [email protected] and include in your email the ticket ID which you will have received in your previous reports.

If not, you may need to access your email on another device that is able to take a screenshot and provide that to the team so that you can get your hair.

They have a screen shot of my invoice mailed to me from PINK FUND that shows my donation. I have met all requirements and they are asking for the same information all over again. Please help

Hey Peppermint, I am afraid that you will have to resubmit the information if that is what is being asked for. The Vikings can only provide help via the support ticket system.

Please PM (private message) me your original ticket number and I can flag that up with the team.

I have sent them a copy of my Pink Fund letter showing my payment. I have sent them everything they requested and more with no response and no hair. This is ridiculous that I have cancer myself and I am fighting this battle in YO too get a fake hair! Please help me.
