my 1st post wasnt under bugs so i redoing it in hopes it gets fixed.

ok onto the subject of paintboards

As u can see in this pic it lets me open it, sence i need refresh to fix my game i thinking who not sure it lol

i clicked the green ok and crash my game as a result

Any updates on this just try clicking a pb and crashing still in new yoworld, i can tell if anythings still going work or not work to the boards are fixed, ty

I hope they fix the issue soon. It may be a known issue, but nothing is being done to fix the issue. You can know about an issue, but not do anything to remedy it. I have personally addressed this multiple times since the inception of the new platform. If they want the new application to work, they need to fix the bugs that people are putting on tickets and on the forum. The brass frames also do not work on the new application as well as connectivity issues with the game. I wonder when they will fix the game.

well they fixed the boards now fiddler dont work so i got millions in boards now losing ways to make them

Hey Gator, I was coming to update this thread that the paintboards have now been fixed. However if you have a specific concern about the use of fiddler could you please submit a ticket (using the help tab) so that the Player Support Team can consider this and pass it on to the right team. Thanks.

i new this day would come some day when pb arting in fiddler would be gone. Its ok i guess just alot on yw uses it to make art and its the best way to do art with no backgrounds.

I don't see how this issue has been fixed. I can't do anything. I keep getting an error pop-up that my connection is not secure or hacker etc. I reset the HTTP settings to recognize certificate etc. uninstalled and reinstalled. I guess I need to send a ticket in? I really need to get my showroom ready for vday, Yo FabYOlous yoart.

in fact if i am on facebook not the app i cant even load the fb page at all with fiddler on. after i log in and start fiddler the whole screen goes cloudy. the app just doesnt let me close board to get the rule. ugh ugh ugh vday is my biggest promotion holiday
