I figured out how to sign up for YoWorld.com but now when I signed up with my email and my password it took me to my Grandson's page and he never signed up for the new platform! I tried it twice thinking that it was just a temporary glitch but it happened again. I need help! How can he be on the platform when he didn't migrate?

Hey carol annie, I wonder whether the email associated with your grandson's account is the same as yours?
In any event please use the help tab to submit a ticket and the Player Support Team will assist you with this. In the meanwhile you are still able to use Facebook to access the game which will load up your own account in the usual pre-migration way. :hug:

No, his email is not the same as mine. He has his own. I did contact support which wasn't any help for my particular problem. I eventually made a new email for myself just for YoWorld and linked it to my facebook account. That did the trick. We'll never know how it happened, I guess but now he can log in using my regular email and I'll use my new one.
