yoworld staff say its not our problem contact in https://help.xsolla.com/...does NOTHING! just sends u in circles with no way to contact a real person!

and what does this supposedly non bot say???? go ask your games support for help!!!! cat and mouse beep!

i have pictures of the convos but this site has a conniption if i include it for some reason!

NO MORE PIGGY BANK SMASHING FOR ME THEN GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR :grr

and guess what the supposed help person cut me off and is refusing to help anymore cause its clearly too hard! bad business right there!

look at all the bad reviews!

I am kind of having the same problem. Tho, it's Facebook that will not let me do the piggy bank or buy yc. Trying to get to Facebook to report this problem to is insane - then when I found a place to report the bug they want all kinds of info that I have no idea what info they are talking about or why they are asking for it.. So I guess no yc for me period...
