I am constantly losing my connection to the server. be it the Desktop App or Site itself. This has cost me time designign a room, just to have to redesign it again. Lost out on giftboxes opening up. Or Grm Events.

I hear you!! I am also having trouble with this issue, and it's really annoying me! WHY does it happen mid-challenge, just as I'm about to hit "Review Room"???

While attempting the challenge yesterday, I was just about to hit "Review Room", and then I was FORCED into a refresh, not being able to save my room before doing so. This was at 11:26pm (Australian time), and my health is NOT worth taking time out from my sleep to start it all over again! Gah! >:-( :wailing:

Same for me. When I DO get to log in, I'm stuck on 80% waiting for them to load my player. This game is stuck on BROKEN. Every month gets worse and worse.
:shocked:

I have spent HOURS trying to get this damn game to load. I give UP! I don't have hours to spend TRYING to get a damn game to load. I'm beyond pissed.

This has been happening to me ever since this thread started and has not improved. I don't dare furnish a whole room or dress my character fully without saving after every move or it will disconnect.

I use Chrome on a laptop, have cleared cache, moved my router and done everything else I can think of. I did try the phone app but couldn't get on with it. It would be great to get some proper advice.
