Double coins started...video plays..doesn't pay out...Why is it always when it's double coins????? PLEASE don't tell me to send in a ticket...its always the same BS response :grr

For me it's always Tuesdays. The last day of double coins and I cant access the game so I get cheated out of a day. Tonight the entire game just crashed on me and I cant access it through the app or the browser. And I keep getting messages saying everything is fixed...This has been going on for weeks now.
