I am having problems with the Event Gems, can't decorate for crap, keeps on putting me on waiting and then it gets stuck and have to refresh and loose everything I have decorated with so can't finish the challenge. Next is I am trying to watch the video's and it keeps on getting stuck so I have to refresh repeatedly. Next when I am chatting with friends, I can't say anything because I get stuck and have to refresh again repeatedly. I have cleaned my cache and computer. I have tried different browsers and still nothing seems to be helping. I am hoping that I can get the challenge done in the Gems Events, but you can never really tell. Please Please fix this so that I can get all of these things done. I don't know what else to do but wait patiently with the Gems challenge and hope it takes it. Thank you for reading and helping.

same here and more. cant see adds or load them, cant decorate, keeps kicking me out, iys almost impossible paticipae in gem events, it takes many times to try to even load the game..and on, and on. not a happy camper here

Game won't load going on day 2 now

I've been having the same problem for quite some time. I put in a ticket about it, but there was no solution. I log on at times hoping that it will resolve itself, but it doesn't happen. Years upon years of playing yoville, then yoworld, and now I can't even play, cause no matter what, DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER--REFRESH!!!!

I'm having those problems as well. The desktop app is the one I was using the most but have been using the YoWorld.com app recently. I cant collect the double coins. All 3 days...it wouldnt load or it would but be agonizingly slow. The ads on the right make it hard. The other browsers and even the YW com app has the abiity to watch and collect the ads disabled. So...no money for me. Frustrating.
