I cannot send free gifts to my buddies which is very annoying. I am receiving them but cannot send them. Thank you for your help

I am having the same issue. My friends list/book is faded out like it is not working. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with not being able to send gifts or not.

I can't send them either!! I tried clearing my cache and cookies. Still no luck!!! :heartbroken:

I'm having the same issue, 2 days and not been able to send free gifts again. I've also had issues with my neighbours characters becoming invisible, I go to do my coin run and nothing happens and no person in the room. I sent in a report about it over a month ago and had no reply!! I like this game, but it's becoming unplayable.

This is very odd... I have two names on my "select friends" list ... those two, I usually don't send to because they haven't been active. I sent them gifts yesterday just to see what would happen and today they are back on my list but all my other 600 active friends are not.... everything else seems to be working fine. Here's to hoping that I get my friend's list back. o_o

I'm having problems with the gifts and I can't take pictures (for coins & level up). We'll probably have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I would normally be annoyed but I'm feeling more understanding this time because I know they've moved us to a new server and they're trying to make things run smoothly. There will probably be hiccups along the way, but I'm thankful that they're trying.

My daily free gift sending is still down. Started yersterday Oct 19 I hope they get this fixed soon.

Same here, cannot send free gifts again & get no response when sending in a ticket to customer service. Last time I wrote in I never got a response at all & it's the same this time. I used to at least get a reply eventually but now nothing. I think the people that sent out free gifts before the migration are now unable to send gifts & the ones that did not are still able to send them. This is costing a lot of people big money including myself & knowing them it will take months to fix if it is ever even fixed at all.

I'm having the same issue -- the ads stop playing, I can't receive or send gifts & I keep having to refresh. Ridiculous! :grr

TWO DAYS and I still CANNOT send gifts! I am also having problems moving items in decorating mode! These problems started when they did the server update.
