When I swing on my swing wearing my cozy cable outfit the scarf around my neck stays still. The rest of me and my outfit moves back and forth.

Same here.When my toon sit down the scarf goes on the face.

The same please fix the scarf that was released into the game on Friday 10th as part of the TF2023 theme sit in a rocking chair and the scarf just floats in front of you lie down and it becomes a blind fold.
