I bid a big chunk of coin for an item. The log shows it paid out, but the item is not in my inventory. That was 40 minutes ago. How long should I wait for it to show up? And this is the umpteenth time trying to post, but being logged out constantly. UGH

You should have the item immediately. I lost several items because they weren't returned to me after they expired in AH. Something strange happened, but you are not alone. I've heard from others having issues as well. I'm going to submit a ticket with screenshots (in the help tab above the game screen) and I suggest you do as well.

They got me too. listed 8 items in AH at 12:29 om EST today, never got the coin/dollars for items sold & never got te unsold items back. All rare & not replaceable of course.

Same for my daughter , she bid on 2 items 3 hours ago and the auction house took her money but did not give her the items !!!
In the LOG BVG took her coins but did not credit her what she won in the ITEM column of her Log .... Unacceptable :grr

I came to see if I was alone... I put a GIA shirt item for YC about six hours ago... I put it for 3 hours. Item not sold, and not back in inventory.

I am also having issues with the AH. I posted items for sale; I can see the bids in notifications, but after the timer was up, the items poofed and no coins were given. There's no record of sale in the Sold tab or in the Transaction Log. :?:

I am also missing items and YoCash for items that were bid on, but shows no items up for sale...as they had expired about 3 hours ago. Items put up for sale aren't in my inventory and the 2 items that were bid on in notifications do not show as sold...please help.

Hi! I'm posting on here for a friend since she is not on Facebook and cannot log in through her email. This forum issue is getting to be ridiculous! Anyways, she bought a Winter Fantasy Shawl for yocash and it shows up in her Log but it's not in her inventory. I'm not sure
if this was your shawl but she too is having issues of not receiving it. She bought the item late afternoon today. Hope this gets taken care of. I'll pass on to her that she is not the only one having issues.

Sounds like I'm not the only one. Sorry you're all dealing with this same issue. I did submit a ticket, but heard it could take months to hear back. I admit I'm a little irritated. Between the glitch in the forums, and losing coin in the AH, I'm feeling like I need to just step back for my own sanity.

Happening to me, too. Anything I put in AH, disappears whether sold or not and I get nothing for it. I also took about 20 tries to get in here to comment!

The same thing happened to me. I posted 5 items for sale last night. This morning nothing shows sold. There was a bid the last time I looked last night of 2.000.000 on one item. When I checked this morning, I didn't get anything for the items and the items were not put back in my inventory. All items I posted are worth lots of coins!I Millions! I sure hope we aren't out all these coins! I would lose hope in this game. I play another game "Sky children of the light " and they make sure you get your things back if anything happens. This game should do the same.
