I have been waiting 3 weeks for my monthly yocash and yocoin for my Premium VIP subscription. I get the automatic response that they received my ticket, but then nothing. No explanation of what the issue is, no estimate of when the issue will be resolved. I can purchase more yocash with no problem, but I can't seem to get the monthly cash and coin I have already paid for. I'm sure others have this issue, but there has been no public acknowledgment from BVG about this issue, and no assurance that they are working on a solution.
I would love to take advantage of some of the sales and purchase the new items, but they are all for yocash. I cannot fully furnish a room with rugs and planters.

I finally received a response to my tickets. Hopefully it will not take 18 days to get my cash and coin next month.

It's been nearly a month since I put in a Help Ticket, and still no response. I remember once it took OVER 2 months to get a response! Do they even have anyone providing support on here anymore?!?

It has been almost 3 weeks since they promised me an answer about my vip YC and coins. I don’t seem to get responses to tickets anymore and I dearly love this game. I would love a response.
