I have been waiting 3 weeks for my monthly yocash and yocoin for my Premium VIP subscription. I get the automatic response that they received my ticket, but then nothing. No explanation of what the issue is, no estimate of when the issue will be resolved. I can purchase more yocash with no problem, but I can't seem to get the monthly cash and coin I have already paid for. I'm sure others have this issue, but there has been no public acknowledgment from BVG about this issue, and no assurance that they are working on a solution.
I would love to take advantage of some of the sales and purchase the new items, but they are all for yocash. I cannot fully furnish a room with rugs and planters.
