When you visit a neighbor to collect coins, you usually see their avi, and a present pops up to click. There are several of my friends that I visit, and I don't see them and no present pops up, but when they visit me, they see me and they are able to collect coins. I figured a glitch, but this has been going on for over a week. What is going on?
