Hi BVG and all,

In the last 24 hours, my daily ads have stopped running for me. It will pop up but it will say "We're out of offers to show in your region. Please try again later. Plenty of more offers are waiting for you just a click away." I know for a fact that I wasn't out of ads because I hadn't watched any yesterday when this started and I know I had my daily coins and daily 1YC to collect. It happened again today. Haven't been able to watch ads since yesterday.

I have tried 3 different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. None work. HOWEVER, if my husband logs in with HIS account using the same exact laptop and the same exact browsers, the ads will load on that account. However, that said, my account is the one we're worried about because I play more, have spent more money, am VIP, higher level, have more YC and coins and inventory, etc. So what do I do?

I haven't been able to access any videos from 3 weeks before Christmas!.. in all 3 of my accounts! I've put in tickets and... crickets. I'm losing coins like crazy, and I won't purchase coins. It's HORRIBLE. I think they're phasing it out completely so that we spend more of our money and I'm beyond angry. :grr

Since migration I haven't been able to watch ads. Maybe 3 at the most, but I've stopped trying. What's the use when you report and report and they've done nothing since March 3rd when this started for me. Lucky Slots are also way different, with hardly any jackpot boards or wins in any way really.

This has been happening to me for weeks as well. Opened a ticket with BVG and they answered me surprisingly... and said they have no control over whether or not ads are available or will load for me. They said maybe there aren't any ads available in my region. I told them my husband, living in the same region, has no trouble watching ads on his account...but they just repeated same answer. So...

I'll tell you what I've done that has helped a bit. I skipped two days completely. Then I tried and it worked. I watch only the first five ads, then clicked out and didn't continue. The next day, I watched the rest of the coin ads before you get to the YC one. Then clicked out before opening the YC one so it would be hte first one when i came back tomorrow. Next day I watched the YC one, then continued until I got to the last coin one before the YC one. Next day I watched the YC one first, and then repeated with the coins.

It seems if I do this, it works a bit better. I will warn you. Quite a few times during this process, an ad would start to load and then disappear. I'd click and click over and over until one would finally go up. OR until the screen darkened. At that point I'd rf and try again and it would work for another couple ads, then I'd have to rf again. This process is a pain in the butt but it's getting me around the problem a bit. So you might want to try it. If it works for you, I'm so glad! If it doesn't, I'm sorry. But hope it does!
