STOP releasing new homes and items, SORT IT OUT! Some of us spend a lot of money on this game and the problems just get worse. I'm so damn angry right now for myself and other players. Yes your revenue will drop for a while but if you don't sort it out, you'll lose more and more players so in the long run, you'll make less money anyway!

LISTEN TO THOSE THAT PAY YOUR WAGES.

The stores seem to be back to working now. They really need to not release any more themes until they sort out the problems. They did it for a month a while back, it obviously didn't work.
