I need to reset my password to get into my game and the e-mail reset link is never sent. I set an e-mail through my regular e-mail to report this and did get a "thank you" reply, so I know it's not my e-mail thats the problem. I am a VIP player and hope to hear from someone soon as I need to do the GEM game before times up. I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Still nothing is working!!!!!! I can't get the password reset page to come up! I found an older one, but of course it doesnt work!!!!!! Please stop making them expire!!!!! I hope I hear back from someone soon! I've been very lucky in the past getting a reply, but I'm not able to send a note through my game, so who knows when I will hear back.......
