The arrows in these two lots have no matching pair. When I click on them it reads that it isn't placed in any room and yet it is not in my inventory! That goes for both of them. Anyone have any ideas?

I submitted a ticket about that. I actually got a response (didn't help me, but might help you):

Viking Mike here, thanks for writing in!

Thank you for letting us know about the difficulty you've experienced trying to place the Teleport Arrows for the East Spring Garden Plot and West Spring Garden Plot rooms. After investigating this feature, I can confirm there is definitely an error regarding these arrows. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

While our team works on releasing a full fix for this issue, if you'd like to place these Teleport Arrows we can confirm there is a small workaround available that has worked for some, but not all, players. Swapping your Room Editor from Classic Mode to the New Editor, or vice versa, has allowed the arrows to be found and placed for some players. The best part is that after you place the arrows, you can swap back to your preferred editor.
To swap to the New Editor, while in decorate mode use the Yellow Button in the top right called "New Editor"
While in the New Editor, you can swap over to the "My Stuff" tab and use the search bar to search for Teleport, which should bring up your available Teleport Arrows.
Once you have placed your Teleport Arrows where you would like them, you can swap back to the Classic Room Editor by selecting "Help" in the top righthand side of YoWorld, and then picking "Switch to old Room Editor"
Please rest assured our development team is working hard to resolve the problem. While I cannot provide a time frame or estimates into when a fix will be released, we'll be sure to let you (and all impacted community members) know as soon as we have any updates.

I'm confused what this workaround is supposed to do. Is it to find the missing teleport?
The one that is in the room looks like it has a wrong name, the name is "-1"? usually they have a longer name a mixture of letters and numbers.

If i'm reading the suggestion from the viking as a workaround, all we do is go to the room, switch to the editor mode that we're not using (old or new) and then search our inventory for the other teleport? I don't have it in my inventory in either edit mode.

Waiting for this issue to be fixed. Why is it taking so long?

Maybe we are just supposed to remove this arrow and replace it with different working arrows.
