I just got on for the first time today. I do not have a Buddy List. I have cleaned my cache and computer. I have tried different browsers. It is still not there. I had a Buddy List yesterday, so I have no clue why I don't have one today. Could you please check into this to see what is going on. Thank you for reading and helping.

I had the same thing happen. Logged out and eventually it was there. However, I am unable to gift to a buddy.
