My friends list isn't showing up to send gifts. I usually send gifts twice a day, but it isn't show up last night, and it still hasn't shown up this morning.
I'm going through a similar issue. On top of that, I also am not getting credit for friends visits on my badges it stays at 0. I also have noticed sometimes when I look at my friends bar at the bottom it will occasionally say I'm level 1, which isn't accurate.
