I've mentioned this before and sent it in a ticket, but still no resolution. In all the years I've played, to my knowledge, this has never happened before. When I visit a friend, no rewards box pops up nor can I see their avatar. It's like visiting the home of someone that isn't on your friend's list. So far, this seems to effect only 2 friends. It doesn't matter which of their rooms I visit, I could go to each one of their rooms, and the exact thing happens. There doesn't seem to be a fix, and haven't heard anything from BV. Both friends I've always visited often, now I can't collect anything when I do. One guy said he sees my avatar when he visits, and collects the reward box, but I can't return the visit? Seriously very annoying. Surely, I can't be the only one? HELP!!!

Still having this issue, and no response from the BV team. It's not really that big of a deal, but the whole point of this game is the interaction with other players, and if I can't interact with someone I've always enjoyed interacting with, well, it just pisses me off. I submitted a ticket, and still nothing. How long do I need to wait, or is this one of those things that isn't that important to the Vikings?
